Platform Integration

Your creators verified.
Their records held for seven years.

For sites that publish other people's content. Easy2257 runs the identity check on every creator you onboard and keeps the 18 U.S.C. 2257 record set, as your named Custodian of Records. Your platform pays one monthly fee, your creators pay nothing and never see a payment screen.

  • One monthly platform fee, quoted per deal
  • Creators never pay
  • No identity data on your servers

Nothing is charged at signup. We quote your platform fee once we know what you are integrating, and no creator is billed at any point.

Create your platform account

One login for your API keys, your creator roster and your 2257 statement.

Your company name is printed as the operator on your public 2257 statement, so use the legal name you want shown there. You can change it in the portal before you publish.

What your platform hands off

The parts of compliance that are painful to build and worse to hold.

We are the Custodian of Records

Our entity and our staffed Scottsdale business address print on each creator's 2257 statement, not their home address. We hold the identity records for the full seven year retention window and produce them on request.

Your servers never hold an ID

Creators verify with us through a link you hand them. No legal name, date of birth, ID image or document ever reaches your platform, so there is nothing of that kind on your side to leak.

One call per creator, one per upload

Provision a creator, listen for the verified webhook, log each approved upload against their record. Everything else is webhooks. Deactivate and reactivate verbs are there for when a creator goes quiet and comes back.

From account to first record

Three steps on our side, then your developer takes it.

1

Create this account and get approved

We review every partner, usually within a business day. Approval opens the portal: API keys, your creator roster, your public 2257 statement, webhooks and your monthly custody report.

2

Accept the Custodian of Records Agreement

From the portal, in a click. It is the designation that names Easy2257 custodian for the creators you onboard, and we countersign it. Your public statement publishes from it.

3

Create a live key and integrate

A live key needs a one-time government ID check on the account holder, the same check your creators take. There is no sandbox: every call writes a real compliance record, so rehearse with your own mailboxes, then delete what you logged.
