5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Easy2257 has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

6. User Responsibilities

By using Easy2257, you agree that:

• You will not upload, store, or share content that infringes on the copyrights of others
• You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the content you upload
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with copyright laws
• You will respond to any DMCA notices in accordance with the law

7. Processing Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material
• Take reasonable steps to notify the user of the complaint

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10-14 business days unless we receive notice that legal action has been filed.
